finally got myself a 328! so far i am happy. the body is rough as but mechanicly seems ok. so i picked it up on thursday and took it to work. friday i checked it over, threw a used tyre on, got windscreen fitted, replaced hadbrake shoes and gave it a wash and clean inside. sat i took it for mot and it passed, drove 200 miles that night without fault. sunday i welded up the 325 diff and fitted that.

booked in for 24th nov at norfolk so before that i have to fit seat and harness, find dirt cheap wheels and sort out the silent exhaust.

look for e34 bbs wheels, they're low offset so fill the arches, 15s so easy for tyres and you can get them for £10-£15 a wheel

still busy working on this! it started driving like a dog and wanting to drift when driving straight! turns out the rear trailing arm bushes had pretty much fallen out! whilst changing these i found the cradles the arms bolt into were rotten. so out came the welder and reinforced the whole area! all sorted now just need to sort the rear toe.
also fitted a new clutch kit., brought some wheels and serviced it.

just got to fit my bucket seat. pick up some more wheels and sort handbrake out now

guess its update time,
went to norolk on the 24th november and had issues all day! mostly with really crappy steering and no centering also had some mega body roll lol.

after that i set about sorting it. cleaned and freed off steering ujs adjusted both front and rear wheel alignment and chopped the springs Smile
then went to santa pod on the 8th dec and had a much better time. the car felt like a different car, the steering was good as was the body roll. it has sooo much more power to skid comared to the e30. managed some good smokes and killed lots of tyres.

few piccys of pod
