Starlet
Again this is probably going to be a lame build up but i'm bored lol
Well here's the sale pics of my car earlier this year:
how i've got to remember what ive done lol...
I'm pretty sure the first thing i did was take the ukdm plate off the front a put a jdm one on the side where the fog lights weren't:
and i removed the x9's from the parcels shelf which is thought were a bit gay. i cant remember which order i did it in but i managed to get hold of a bolt in half cage:
i also lowered the coilovers a bit. then went to the nurburgring with stevo and dave:
Belgium:
and at the ring in the car park:
queueing for my laps:
luxembourg/belgium:
I've now also taken off the side skirts and the rear lip as i figured it might look less chavvy and didnt think it looked right with the 14's.
i'll just puot some random recent photo's up
Most of the things on my car have been small personal touches like moving things about etc. for example i fitted the dump valve, fitted de-cat, took middle box out, set the boost controller up.
I might aswell put up a spec list for it as far as i can think:
Engine: 4E-FTE
Standard internals
Autobahn88 FMIC
Induction cone filter
Blitz DSBC
Jam Racing FCD
De-cat Downpipe
Middlebox Removed
HKS SuperDrager cat-back System
Uprated ignition leads
platinum tipped Denso Spark Plugs
Race Battery (compac/lightweight)
Celica GT4 lift pump (225lph)
Toyota LSD
Interior:
Momo Steering wheel
TRD Leather gear knob
Chassis:
Tein HR coiovers
Cusco adjustable panhard rod
5 point Bolt in roll cage
3 point toyota rear strut brace
toyota front strut brace
Uprated dimpled and grove front brake disks and red stuff pads
Exterior:
Laguna front splitter (yeah i know)
Carbon fibre reverse bonnet scoop
Sparco 14" lightweight alloys
2 tone made all black should be bottom half grey
Quadlights swapped for square lights
GT badge painted Red
Tom's Adjustable rear spoiler
think thats it for the time being
Over and out. Jack

Re: Starlet
2 issues one being the new manifold is cracked so i've ordered a stainless one and a supposedly previous issue with part of the head but i'll live
Re: Starlet
all back together now!:
its a lot more burbelly now pops and bangs more and sounds a bit more throaty, not sure if its better flow because before i had a vac leak so was always running about 0.9 so its gone down to 0.6 got to do some fiddeling with the boost controller other than that its all good - note to self when draining hot coolant release the pressure with the cap before taking a pipe off (burnt arm) peace out
