My Track/Race Car
Bought my car part converted to a race car about 3 years ago. Got it all finished 2008 for my first race with it in the April.
How it started:
Its got a 2.3 M20 engine running on K-Jet. Fritz manifold, Homemade Stainless System, Heavily ported 731 head with 300 deg cam, E30 gearbox. all lightened and balanced. Leda coilovers, Quick rack, Full cage, Extinguisher system, braided brake lines, race brake fluid, yellowstuff pads, Dunlop D83J Tyres on Compomotive wheels.
Here are a few pics.

Re: E21 Classic Tourer
Thought I'd mention that I was really surprised that the Std E46 rear manifold cleared the steering column, shown in the last picture. Gives lots of room for the other branch to go the other side
